Product Summary

The MIC29302WU is a high current, high accuracy, low-dropout voltage regulator. Using Micrel proprietary Super beta PNP process with a PNP pass element, the regulator features 350mV to 425mV (full load) typical dropout voltages and very low ground current. Its applications: Battery powered equipment, High-efficiency Green computer systems, Automotive electronics, High-efficiency linear lower supplies, High-efficiency lost-regulator for switching supply.
